2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
• Notify us immediately at support@devrecall.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DevRecall only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload, post, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any form of unsolicited communication.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from DevRecall without prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform.
• Circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls we have implemented.

4. Intellectual Property

DevRecall's IP

The DevRecall name, logo, platform design, and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by DevRecall and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all notes, pages, folders, and other content you create in DevRecall. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• DevRecall offers a free tier with access to core features. Paid plans may be introduced in the future.
• Early adopters who registered before the paid launch date may receive lifetime grandfathered access to certain features.
• Paid subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.
• All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.
• Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension of your paid features.

6. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment by contacting support@devrecall.com.
• After the 7-day window, all payments are final and non-refundable, including renewals and recurring charges.
• One-time lifetime purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase only.
• If your payment fails and we cannot collect it within 7 days, your paid access will be automatically suspended.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period — your access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we believe your actions may harm other users or the integrity of the Service. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund.

8. Disclaimers

DevRecall is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content produced by the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevRecall and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD if you have not made any payments.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use of DevRecall after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
